Hawaiian tea company Tealet accepts cryptocurrency

The company Tealet is now accepting Bitcoin as a form of payment in order to “cut out some of the inefficiencies of our global financial systems”. The firm based in Hawaii announced the news through the forum BitcoinTalk.org, where they explained they are “on a mission to cut out the inefficiencies in the global tea distribution system; securing more profits for the producer and better quality tea for the consumer”.

Their network of growers includes 20 farmers from nine different countries, which are producing “an array of loose-leaf tea coming from a single origin, preserving the unique terroir of every farm”.

Tealet has special subscription shipments and three different packages for the tea lovers. If you’re thinking about buying some tea, hurry up because the first clients who pay with Bitcoin get a free sample of Hawaii grown tea along with their order.
